MoovManage shows you when users connect, how long they stay online, how much data they transmit and receive, and whether they come back and use your Moovbox Wi-Fi service again.

No software, no servers, no hassle

We created MoovManage to provide a quick and easy way to set up Wi-Fi user management without the need to buy third party software. First, it lets you display a entry point or 'portal page' that your users see when they try to connect to your Moovbox Wi-Fi network. Then MoovManage can acquire information about those users by means of a short survey or questionnaire. Lastly, MoovManage will keep track of how long they spend online and how much bandwidth they consume. All this helps you better understand how people use the service you've built with Moovbox products.

MoovManage lets you set up a branded HTML portal page in just a few clicks. Users connecting to your Wi-Fi network will be automatically redirected to this portal; just like at a commercial hotspot. The key difference is that MoovManage does not support pay-per-use services; if you need something more sophisticated, we can recommend you to one of our commercial hotspot provider partners. MoovManage is perfect if you want your Wi-Fi service to be free, but want to gather information from your visitors and monitor network usage.

User survey for data harvesting

At the portal page you have the option of requiring your Wi-Fi users to provide personal information by means of a short survey. MoovManage supports up to ten short questions that you can specify and includes an 'opt-in' option for using the data for future marketing purposes. Users must complete and submit the questionnaire before being granted Internet access, and agree to your Terms and Conditions of Service. You can view, sort and download this data at any time later on via the secure management portal.

Statistics for usage analysis

MoovManage keeps track of how many unique users register, how many times they return, how long they stay online for, and how much data they transfer up and down. This data is displayed both as a series of summarized graphs and in a detailed per user view, and can be downloaded in text or .csv format. MoovManage does not record where users visit on the Internet or what they download and upload.
